Refund/Return Policy:

Membership registration is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. If your business ceases to maintain an active City-issued Business Tax Receipt, your membership will automatically expire and your company’s information will be removed for the Buy Local Orlando website.
